Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but please note the following before starting a return:

 

Return Window

 

  • Our return policy lasts 7 Days from the date of delivery.
  • If more than 7 Days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

 

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Sale items (discounted or purchased with a promo code) cannot be refunded.
  • Gift cards are not eligible for returns.

 

Return Eligibility & Approval

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • All returns must be approved by OHNANA LLC before sending the item back.
  • Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.

 

⚠️ Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted if:

  • The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • The item is returned more than 7 days after delivery (if exception is granted).

 

 

 

Refund Process

  • Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company.
  3. Contact your bank.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

To request an exchange, email sales@ohnanausa.com for approval before sending the item to:

Gifts

 

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
  • If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent directly to them.

 

 

 

Return Shipping

  • Returns will only be accepted if approved by OHNANA LLC in advance.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
